Simonetta offers us a Taste Experience dedicated to the flavors of the sea: fish is the protagonist today. We will start with a delicious appetizer of baked tomatoes au gratin, before moving on to the main course, a delectable octopus Genoese, a seafood version of the better known meat-based Genoese, a Neapolitan recipe. The Genoese is an onion sauce that goes well with many types of short pasta.

Afterwards, Simonetta will serve some flavorful fried anchovies stuffed with provola cheese, accompanied by a refreshing red beet salad.

We will end the meal with a great classic of traditional Neapolitan pastries: the babà.
