Selvaggia welcomes you to Trentino Alto-Adige beginning with a cuttingboard full of delicious cheeses and meat 'salada', a traditional cold cut that is salted and flavoured with brine. This wonderful starter also includes a selection of local jams and preserves, accompanied by Selvaggia’s special homemade bread.

As main course, our Cesarina proposes some delicate gnocchi filled with ricotta of Primiero, one of the specialties of this area, seasoned with homemade pesto and Trentigrana, a traditional cheese. Next, another great classic: in fact, as main course you have the chance to taste some 'stewed luganeghe' (a typical sausage of the region) and roast potatoes with rosemary on the side.  

To finish, a delicious fresh panna cotta, made with products from mountain pasture dairies - garnished with berries grown on the Val Canali.
