Let's begin this flavours tour with a fresh and delicious starter, a puntarelle salad with anchovies and pecorino: an original combination that will delight every kind of palate. 

After that, a traditional main course: 'tagliatelle alla gricia'. This dish is considered to be an ancestor of the well-known ‘amatriciana’, and contains ‘guanciale’ pork, black pepper and the famous Roman pecorino, for a deliciously creamy result. As second course, Miriam proposes a traditional 'abbacchio alla cacciatora’ with fennel salad on the side. 

And finally, a wonderful crostata with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
