Cesarina Chiara serves a delicous antipasto to begin her authentic Tuscan Taste Experience, which brings together simple and flavoursome ingredients. She serves crostini, toasted bread, topped with sausage and creamy stracchino cheese, a delicious combination of gently spiced meat and delicate cheese flavours.
Next, a dish that celebrates the flavours of Tuscany: penne pasta with a rich meat sauce. The second course is also a display of Chiara’s passion for her local cuisine, “rosticciana in fono”, pork chops with crispy roast potatoes. To enrich the course even further, we have a typical side dish which is full of intense flavours, beans prepared in the Tuscan style.
We finish with an autumnal dessert, ‘castagnaccio’, made with chestnut flour, raisins, pine nuts and walnuts… It’s an absolute treat.
