Starting with local products, Clara prepares delicious dishes reinterpreting traditional Venetian recipes. As a starter, we have the Venetian 'soppressa', a quality cured meat, strongly linked to the area where it is produced, an expression of local culture and rural gastronomic traditions, served with white polenta and grilled seasonal vegetables.
As a first course, a great classic: a simple dish of pasta and faisoi, or pasta with beans. The second course follows: oven baked Guanciale bacon in Cabernet wine, served with a side dish of sautéed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. A fragrant homemade bread accompanies all the dishes of this Taste Experience.
Clara's Pinza sweetly ends the meal. This is a dessert of peasant origin made from a family recipe. There are countless local and family varieties that can be found in Italy.
