Anna Clelia will serve up a feast of flavours her home on her fabulous terrace, which has a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside of Puglia. For the starter, she serves a delicious zucchini tartlet, followed by a fricassée of green beans in a pecorino cheese basket and eggplant rolls… And this is only the beginning!
For the first course, Anna Clelia will delight you with her fresh pasta ‘fagottino’, which combines creamy ricotta cheese and mild caciocavallo cheese with the sweetness of cherry tomato sauce and basil. For the second course, a joint of beef infused with the subtle tones of ‘Susumaniello’, or ‘Pimitivo’ which are local wines from Brindisi. This is accompanied by a side of wild chicory.
We finish with a refreshing dessert, home made gelato with forest fruits, accompanied by Anna’s homemade citrus Rosolio liqueur.
