Margherita welcomes us into her lovely apartment near the city walls of Parma to take us on a tour of her local flavours. “In Emilia-Romagna, cooking is a very serious business indeed, and is the glue that holds families together," explains Margherita, "this is why I became such an enthusiastic cook at such a young age.”
