This course is a brief journey through the cornerstones of Lombard cuisine. We will explore two classic dishes such as saffron risotto and Milanese Osso Buco. We will learn how to transform simple potatoes into tasty gnocchi, and how salted codfish becomes a delicious cream to spread on corn polenta croutons. Of course, we finish on a sweet note with apple pie, chocolate pudding and tiramisù.

Nicoletta and Fabio’s kitchen translates culinary influences from the regions of their family members into”Milanese.” In their beautiful home, food becomes a joyous trail that embraces diners sitting around Nicoletta’s elegantly set table, where you can admire the beautiful embroidered tablecloths that the Cesarina has inherited from her family.
