Our Cesarina Germana likes to begin her flavour Experience with a typical mediterranean antipasto, octopus salad, enriched with olives, capers and celery, together with some 'caciottas mignon', a cheese from the Sorrento Coastline and delicious maccheroni omelettes. 

Any traditional Parthenopean meal is bound to make the most of the area’s fabulous fish. Germana serves the famous 'risotto alla pescatora' as  the first course, and stuffed calamari as second course, with fresh mixed salad on the side.

Finally, one of the great classics of this region: Rum Baba with fresh fruits or, alternatively, a delicious creme patissiere dessert.
