To start our Taste Experience, what could be better than this delicious antipasto? Giovanna presents us with creamed spinach and salt cod, marinated in ‘agrodolce’, followed by a delicate prawn and salmon tartare in carpaccio, seasoned with pink peppercorns and drizzled with a zingy citrus reduction.
For the first course, we have a seafood ‘calamarata’ with fresh garden vegetables, which varies seasonally. For the second course, a swordfish steak with caramellised cherry tomatoes, crushed pistacchio nuts and aromatic ‘erbette’, wild herbs which are the secret to the wonderful flavour of this dish.
To round off, we have a refreshing ‘coppa di frutta’, infused with mint leaves and drizzled with an indulgent layer of dark chocolate.
