To begin this Taste Experience, Chiara serves a traditional antipasto that comes from the region’s strong farming tradition: bruschette, soaked with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and topped with fresh tomatoes.
Next, we have a first course that has ancient and humble origins, the ‘panzanella’. This exquisite dish is the perfect antidote for the hot summer weather, as it is served cool. This simple and refreshing delicacy is made with stale Tuscan bread, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and basil - it’s a feast of flavours that the whole family will enjoy. For the second course, Chiara serves a typical local dish, grilled pecorino cheese accompanied by a fresh vegetable ‘pinzimonio’.
This colourful Taste Experience finishes with a sumptuous dessert, crème pâtissière ‘alla fiorentina’.
