Few combinations are as perfect as cheese and fruit. That is why Dusica opts for pears and pecorino cheese to begin her journey through traditional Tuscan flavours. This delicious appetizer is brought to the table, made even more special by the flavor of nuts for a simple but winning combination.
To follow, a great classic of Tuscan cuisine: spinach gnocchi nudi with a vegetable filling. For the second course, Dusica serves 'stiracchio' a very traditional rural dish with a base of meat, tomatoes and onions. As a side dish, peas à la Fiorentina, which are mixed with Tuscan rigatino, pancetta and a sumptuous potato tart.
