The piadina is maybe… Or should I say, definitely, Romagna’s signature dish. Since Bologna is so close-by, it’s also a favourite here! Paola decides to serve this flatbread as an antipasto, with rocket leaves and scquacquerone, a creamy local cheese.
Next, Paola serves tagliatelle, one of Bologna’s most famous products, tagliatelle, served simply with ham for a delicious dish! For the second course, she serves a turkey roast with citrus fruits and a side of potato gratin.
Finally, for dessert, Paola serves a chocolate salami , a delightfully fragrant cake that is the perfect way to round off the Taste Experience.
