Andreina describes herself as “a bit of an unusual Cesarina”. She has a law degree and is a legal consultant for her father’s firm, and as a expert piemontese cook, she also helps her brother manage the family’s Bed & Breakfast. She dedicates herself to preparing the guests' breakfast, and when she has some spare time on her hands she loves cooking up something special or one of her delicious cakes.
Our Cesarina welcomes us to her grandparents' farmstead, in the middle of the countryside near Tortona. “In the winter - she explains - there is a little dining room with a chimney and a nice table”, weather permitting, we can enjoy the typical dishes of this area “under a veranda, where you can admire a view our countryside”. Hosting guests with a passion for home-made food is a great opportunity for her: “this way I can introduce more people to the recipes my beloved mother left me as a legacy”.
