Maria Grazia begins this Taste Experience with an appetizer that is simple yet flavoursome. Bruschette with fresh tomato and basil are accompanied by a delectable truffle sauce and chicken liver pâté.

For the first course, however, are the 'strangozzi' pasta with seasonal vegetables, a staple dish in Umbria and Central Italy. Here, the long, pasta strips are topped with vegetables straight Maria Grazia's garden. The beans which she then uses to flavor a savory sausage are also grown in her garden, as well as the potatoes, which are roasted and served as a side dish. 

The meal comes to a close with a dessert: cookies with 'passito di Sagrantino'. The soft, warm wine enhances their sweeness, intensifying the layers of flavour.

Maria Grazia welcomes us in the spectacular scenery of the hills surrounding Todi, a medieval city among Umbria's most beautiful. This Experience of Taste is thus enhanced by unforgettable landscapes, enchanting hills dotted with stone cottages, fields of sunflowers, and olive groves.

Our Cesarina offers traditional dishes: a simple cuisine that unites the fruits of the earth with salumi and cheeses of rural origin and occasionally makes use of more noble flavors, such as the truffle, employed mainly in the appetizers. In short, it is a triumph of diverse flavors that end up on the table in the form of recipes as ancient as they are delicious.
