Continuing this tour of the region's traditional flavors, our Cesarina moves straight to the second course with her delicious 'stocche accomodou' - stewed stockfish (dead fish era un po’ lugubre!! hahaha) - and Ligurian radicchio with tomatoes and potatoes on the side.
