Selvaggia's Taste Experience leads you into the wonderful valleys of Trentino Alto-Adige, discovering the traditional products of these mountains. That's the reason why our Cesarina chooses to begin with a starter made of wholewheat bread crostini - homemade by Selvaggia herself - with mushrooms.

After that, a main course that represents one of the great classics of the local cuisine: some delicious spatzle (small gnocchi) with speck and traditional butter of Primiero; and the second course will impress you: a polenta made with 'storo'- a flour considered as 'the local gold' of this area- and seasoned with Toséla, one of the area’s many traditional cheeses. As a side dish, we have ‘cappuccio’ cabbage flavoured with apples.

For a beautiful ending, Selvaggia serves an apple strudel for dessert, laden with warm vanilla cream.

She lives close to the city centre of Mezzano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, which preserves the traditional atmosphere of the dolomite landscape.
