Together with Antonietta we will discover the traditional cuisine of Lecce: to start off, ciceri and tria (typical fried pasta with chickpeas), pieces of horse meat "alla pignata", 'taieddha' with mussels, rice and potatoes, octopus stew, to sagne 'ncannulate with tomato sauce and baked lamb. As a dessert, we will see classic little pastries of Lecce, a fresh lemon sorbet and tiramisù.
