In Maria Cristina's course, we will learn how to prepare delicious first courses such as beet top tortelli, 'rice bomb' and tagliolini pie. As a second course, instead, we will prepare rabbit 'in two times', a roulade of veal and ham, named "Rosa di Parma", and Parma-style osso buco. As a dessert, eventually, plum jam pie, Parma-style apple pie and walnut or almond tart.

Parma is a small but enchanting provincial city with a French air and a great culinary tradition. Splendidly framed by Parma’s beautiful historical center, Maria Cristina welcomes us in her enchanting residence.

Here, in this house that gives access to a garden of secret beauty in the back, we have the occasion to meet our Guide who – as she tells us – has always loved to cook, ever since she was a little girl. Her passion for cooking was passed down to her by her mother and her grandmother who, with great mastery, would serve up extraordinary menus of which she holds the secrets today.
