Our Cesarina serves a starter that is a real journey through the different flavour notes of her region's typical cheeses, such as 'ricottine' and cherry tomatoes stuffed with smoked Provola. The appetizer that stimulates your palate in preparation for a fantastic first course, 'spaghetti alla positanese,' with anchovies, courgettes and 'del Monaco’ cheese.

Germana’s second course will impress you with a fried Paranza, which makes the most of the catch of the day. This is a treat that will please any seafood lover, and is served accompanied by aubergines, peppers, onions, courgettes and baked squash blossoms 'au gratin'.

To conclude this spectacular menu, a light and delicate dessert with a special ingredient: 'gelo di anguria’, a watermelon dessert - perfect for a warm summer’s day.
