Lucia offers us a Taste Experience that shows off Rome’s finest and most liveliest colours. Her menu is made up of traditional ingredients with a modern twist, with a nod to the region where she grew up, Campania. 

We begin with little pizzas, home made with sourdough, topped with tomato and Grana Padano cheese. This is a typical starter in Campania. 

For the first course, we have a classic Roman dish, fresh pasta with courgette and courgette flowers, with pecorino cheese and crispy ‘guanciale’ pork. 

For the second course, Lucia serves another Roman dish, ‘saltimbocca’, exquisitely tender veal topped with Parma ham and sage leaves. This is an intense and delicious dish that she serves accompanied by seasonal vegetables. 

Finally, for dessert, we return to Campania for an unforgettable ‘bignè di San Giuseppe’. Delicious!
