It is often said that every house has a soul, and that just looking inside says a thousand words about who lives there, and Flavia and Antonio's appartment is no exception to the rule. They live in a grand 18th century building in Catania's historical centre, surrounded by books, paintings and shelves of souvenirs and family heirlooms that tell their whole story. Just having a look around, you feel like you already know this outgoing couple. 

Antonio is Sicilian, and his family has lived in Sicily for generations, whilst Flavia is originally from Naples but lives in Rome. Today, the pair want to show you the traditional cuisine from west Sicily, with exquisite recipes and fresh local produce.
