Want to dive right into the most authentic roman cuisine? Then this is the experience for you! Lucia has created her menu making sure to pay attention to Rome’s finest recipes, making sure to use the most seasonal ingredients. 

After enjoying an antipasto of homemade delights, Lucia serves fettuccine pasta ‘alla papalina’, a delicious pasta that is said to have been invented under the explicit request of Pio XII, which pairs together the rich and refined flavour of Parma ham and Parmigiano cheese, for a delicious result.

For the second course, our Cesarina serves a ‘bollito alla piacchiapò’, a meat recipe with peasant origins that is paired with sautéed vegetables. 

To finish, what better than a traditional dessert prepared with typical produce from the countryside of Lazio? Lucia serves a ricotta and cherry jam pie - absolutely unmissable.

Una amiga me habìa hablado de las “Cesarinas” y me habìa recomendado que no me perdiera una

cena con ellas. Bueno,...tenìa razòn! Lucia nos preparò una pasta fresca divina y hasta pude aprender a

preparar unas pequeñas pizzas que son deliciosas!. Cuando vuelva a Roma seguramente repetiré!
