Our Milanese Cesarini couple propose a Taste Experience to demonstrate their love for Milanese cuisine. To start, Nicoletta and Fabio present a deliciously delicate antipasto: a zucchini, tuna and cheese flan.

For the first course, we delve into the heart of Milanese culinary tradition: 'risotto alla milanese', an appetizing typical dish with an unmistakable yellow color due to the use of saffron. As a second course, the famous 'cotoletta alla milanese' is served. Known as “Custeleta” in dialect, a round piece of meat (usually veal tenderloin) is fried in butter and served alongside a fresh mixed salad with a vinaigrette dressing.

We finish with a dessert of aromatic apple pie with cinnamon, followed by an excellent limoncello, produced by our Cesarini couple.
