White asparagus is typically produced in the Varese area, that has always supplied Milan with fruits and vegetables. For this reason, Marcella serves them to begin her Taste Experience, mixing them with some warm salad, potatoes and 'gremolada’ sauce.
For the main course, we have some delicious ‘ malfatti’ pasta with ricotta and spinach, and light meatballs enriched with butter and spring herbs. After that, the traditional veal in ‘tonnato' sauce 'al rosa', with tomatoes and basil as side dish.
Finally, the dessert is truly irresistible! In fact, our Cesarina serves one of the classics of the Lombard tradition: 'Amor Polenta', garnished with a tasty vanilla sauce and with a spicy cherry compote.
