To continue the Taste Experience, our Cesarina opts for a delicious pasta 'ncasciata, with eggplant and mozzarella whose main secret lies in its preparation, as it is baked in the oven for several hours.
Afterwards, Assunta offers grandma Assunta’s sweet dumplings, a typical family recipe, accompanied by sweet and sour eggplant and friarielli, typical sweet green peppers that are a classic symbol of Neapolitan cooking. This is a menu capable of bringing to the table all the freshness and flavors of Campanian hinterland vegetables.
Lastly, a dessert that is once again inspired by Neapolitan culture, eggplant and orange peels with chocolate, which is such a distinctive and wonderful pairing. To satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth further, our Cesarina also serves the cherries in syrup and a selection of home-made liqueurs.
