Sara’s dedication to Sicilian cuisine is the result of a lifetime of enjoying her local cuisine, leaving her with many recipes passed down through the generations of her family. “You can discover so much about Sicily’s history through its traditional food”, she explains, “there have been so many influences on the island over the years; Greek, Roman, Arab, Norman, Swabian, Aragon… And each one left its own unique imprint on the architecture, culture and even on the dialects we use today.”
