Laura amazes her guests from the outset, and serves a starter bursting with fresh flavours: a courgette ‘parmigiana’ with oil and basil, the perfect way to begin this taste experience. 

For the first course, she serves a milanese risotto with a parmigiano reggiano crust. You can’t visit milan without sampling the ‘risotto giallo’, which takes its yellow colour from saffron. 

The second course offers another taste of Milan, with a ‘cotoletta’ with a cherry tomato cream, accompanied by a side dish of seasonal vegetables. 

Finally, we have a sumptuous dessert, tiramisù with and shards of white chocolate, drizzled with strawberry coulis. Absolutely sublime!

Our Milanese Cesarina loves spending time in the kitchen, and serves up a sophisticated take on milanese cuisine, surprising her guests with the wonderful flavours of her city.
