Sissi chooses to begin her lombardian Taste Experience with a simple and delicious starter. She serves melon with Milanese ham, a fresh dish that is a popular appetiser.
Next, according to local tradition, Sissi serves a risotto with ‘raspadura’, hard ‘grana’ cheese cut into very fine shards. For the second course, she prepares exquisite veal in tuna sauce, served with boiled potatoes scattered with fresh parsley.
Finally, she rounds off the Taste Experience with a delicious apple cake, served with a scoop of ‘crema’ gelato for a touch of freshness.
